Toy Story lives on in these animated shorts. They're fun to watch. Probably best to keep the franchise alive like this. I'm one of those people against another full-length feature film, so of course I'm rooting for shorts only.
Retail price for Toy Story of Terror! on Blu-Ray is $14.99, but you'll probably be able to get for a bit less. Great value, especially if you don't have any of the Toy Story shorts (pretty much had to buy other Disney movies to get them as special features). Plus the Halloween special has only been aired on TV.
