Starbucks Paradeisi Blend No. II

Starbucks Paradeisi Blend No. II | VSCO

Paradeisi Blend No. II is the Starbucks Reserve Roastery & Tasting Room summer exclusive coffee. We fell in love with this coffee by trying it in the House Affogato. I missed it last year since I caught the tail end of Gravitas Blend No. I, so I was rather excited to try another exclusive Roastery coffee. This one combines three Reserve coffees -- Uganda Sipi Falls, which I have tried, Papua New Guinea Luoka and Colombia Cafe Mujeres.

This coffee instantly sold us on taking beans home from our Seattle trip back in August. We love the tangerine and caramel flavors. Aside from the House Affogato, we tried Paradeisi in Shakerato Affogato, Shakerato Bianco and part of the Siphon Flight. Having it in Shakerato Affogato was absolutely delicious. The vanilla ice cream from Mora's took it to the next level. Obviously this coffee was our favorite, along with the rare Saint Helena coffee being sold at the time of our trip.

Summers in Seattle mean Paradeisi coffee all summer. It flirts on the pricey side compared to other Reserve coffees at $22 per half pound, but totally worth it. I only wish I bought more than one 8.8 oz bag to take home. So if you're in Seattle during the summer, definitely try Paradeisi in multiple brewing methods at the Roastery & Tasting Room.
